Why we like to start with a conversation
Most people who contact us have a good idea of what bothers them and very little idea of what it will cost to fix. That is completely normal. A repair quote is not a mystery, and you should never feel pressured to guess what to ask for. The easiest way to get a number you can trust is to tell us what you see and let us talk it through with you.
Our home repairs service covers patching and refinishing interior walls, floors and exterior siding and trim. Because the work is varied, we would rather hear about your specific situation than hand out a one size fits all price.
What to send us
A short description
Tell us where the problem is and what it looks like. Is it a crack in a wall, a damaged section of floor, or siding that looks loose or weathered? A sentence or two is plenty. If you are not sure what to call it, describe it the way you would to a neighbor.
A photo or two
A photo helps a great deal. If you can, send one wide shot that shows the whole area and one close up of the damage. That lets us understand the size of the job and ask better questions before we ever talk about price.
Your timing
Let us know if there is a date you are working toward, such as guests arriving or a family event. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and weekends by appointment, so we can usually find a time to talk that suits you.
How the quote conversation works
You call us at (407) 466-2317 or send a message through our contact page. We read what you have sent, ask any follow up questions, and then give you a straight answer on the work and the price. We explain what each repair involves in plain terms, so you know what you are agreeing to before anything starts.
If you reach out outside our hours, send a message through the contact form and we will reply when we are back. There is no need to wait for a good time to ask.
What to watch for when comparing quotes
Whoever you decide to call, a good quote should be clear about what work is included. Ask what is being repaired, what the finished result should look like, and whether anything about the job could change the plan. A quote that is vague about the work is hard to compare with one that spells it out. We keep ours simple and plain so you can see exactly what you are getting.
- Ask what the repair covers, room by room or area by area.
- Ask how the finished work will be checked with you.
- Ask whether the person quoting has seen photos or the space itself.
